My therapeutic mentoring work offers your teen a safe, grounded space to pause, be heard, and reconnect with themselves. I listen deeply, validate their experience, and help them make sense of their inner world—without judgement or pressure.
Many of the young people I support are highly sensitive—deep feelers and thinkers who often internalise the world around them. They don’t need fixing. They need space to slow down, process, and feel seen for who they truly are.
I offer that space. A calm, grounded environment where they can:
Make sense of their emotional world
Build confidence and self-trust
Understand their sensitivity as a strength
Learn practical ways to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges
I draw on emotional development cycles, energy awareness, and my Teen Triangle framework to support lasting change—not just surface-level solutions.
If you’re also looking for support as a parent, I offer separate mentoring specifically for you. You can find more details here.
If you’d like to explore how this support could help your teen, you can book an initial call or reach out below.
This isn’t a quick fix—it’s long-term, transformational support that meets your teen where they are and helps them move forward with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
Sessions take place face-to-face from my private practice in Marlow, where I offer a calm, grounded space away from school and home. I also offer sessions online via Zoom for those who may prefer or need that flexibility.
This is a space where your teen can talk freely and feel truly heard—without pressure, judgement, or the need to mask who they are.
In our sessions, meaningful shifts happen:
I’ve supported a Year 12 student through identifying undiagnosed ADHD—helping her move towards diagnosis and approach her A-levels with more focus and self-understanding.
I recognised early signs of burnout in a 16-year-old and worked with the family to make practical changes—preventing a deeper crisis.
I offer a confidential space for teens to explore intrusive thoughts, fears, and deep-held anxieties—without shame or judgement.
I’ve supported young people navigating the impact of a sibling’s suicidal thoughts or attempts, offering a place where their own fears and emotions can be safely voiced.
For teenage boys, I create space for conversation without pressure—allowing them to talk without being pushed to explain, helping them feel what it’s like to be listened to.
This work is compassionate and anchored. It helps your teen build emotional insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of self—so they feel more equipped to manage life without becoming overwhelmed by it.
Whether you’re looking for support for your teenager, or you’re a parent who needs space to explore your own experience, I offer an initial call where we can talk through what’s going on. I’ll explain how I work with both teens and parents, and you’ll have space to ask any questions.
There’s no pressure—just the opportunity to explore what support feels right for you and your family.
Or if you have any queries, then why not get in touch and I will be happy to answer them for you:
