Whether it’s you or your teen, anxiety has reared its ugly head in your household. It’s taking over, it’s dominating every situation, it’s demanding to be seen and that you pay attention to the way it makes you feel and you don’t know how to stop it.

It can feel like a dark shadow over your family, affecting everyone and making even the simplest things feel impossible. It drains confidence, stops sleep, creates problems where there weren’t any and whispers quietly reminding you that it’s there waiting to pounce when you least expect it.

Anxiety is exhausting. Exhausting if it’s you suffering with it and exhausting if you are trying to care for a teenager who has it. It’s not something you can ‘shake off’, it’s there all the time and it might be affecting your life in lots of different ways.

Anxiety isn’t just panic attacks (although you might be experiencing them), it’s worrying about everything, it’s fears and phobias, it’s avoiding social situations, it’s replaying conversations over and over, it’s planning out the worst case scenarios, it’s sleep problems, anger issues and so much more. Everyone I work with experiences anxiety differently, but the one common feature is that they feel like it’s taking over and they want things to change.

You might know what caused your anxiety and the exact day it started or yours might have grown silently until it has icy grip firmly attached to your life and you have no idea how it got there.

This is why I work the way I do

Your experience of anxiety is completely unique to you. I don’t want you to have to relive old hurts or pick through your past until you find the root cause. I want to work with you to reduce and remove that anxiety forever.

I use a combination of hypnotherapy, relaxation and DoTerra therapeutic grade essential oils to help you release that anxiety and learn to feel strong and able to cope with everything that comes your way. I can work with you, the adult if you’re the one struggling, but I also specialise with helping teens and young people learn to break free from their anxiety as well.

This isn’t something you have to manage or learn to live with, this is something that you can say goodbye to.
