Hi,
The photo to the right is a recent picture of my boys dressed up as superheros for school in order to raise money for charity. They love a bit of dressing up, as well as posing for the camara, and this was no exception!
I have been working hard this month supporting women to understand the importance of being their own superhero when it comes to birthing their baby. No-one else knows your body and your baby like you do. Your unborn baby is your priority and only you can understand what is best for them. People around you have the expertise and knowledge to guide and support you but ultimately the decisions rest with you. Scary huh? It shouldn’t be, and it should not be a reason for overwhelm, it should be a reason for excitement. Excitement that you can have a significant and lifelong impact on how and where your baby is born, carrying that memory with you forever. Wouldn’t you like to be that person?
I hope your pregnancy is progressing well.
Clare x
